Chalet St Marie - Travel to Morzine

If you want to fly-drive, we recommend using Connect Car Rental accessible through the Easy Jet web site. They are efficient, excellent value and will have your car waiting for you at Geneva Airport. You can get a 4 person car for a week for about €50 each. You may prefer to have the benefit of a car in the resort rather than rely on the free ski bus service. There is a car park opposite the chalet. Travel is very simple:

Transfers

Transfers to and from the airport can be done via rental car - all the usual suspects do the job.

Bus

Transfer from and to Geneva can be done by bus. Rates for buses are approximately £15 to £20. Our minibus transfers cost €40 return per person for a minimum of 4 people.

Local busses operate regularly from Geneva to Ski Resorts - the latest timetable information can be found at Geneva Airport Information.

Travel in resort is hardly needed, a ski bus leaves from the Chalet at regular intervals with destinations to all four access points around Morzine.

Taxi

If you chose to use the in resort transport, transfer from and to Geneva is by local taxi. You will be met at the airport. Rates for taxis are as follows:

From Geneva airport, take the motorway signs to FRANCE, follow the signs to Chamonix and Mont Blanc, turn off at CLUSES and follow the signs to Morzine. It only takes about an hour.
